Delivery
We deliver across Pakistan. Orders placed before 3pm are dispatched the same working day and usually arrive within 2–4 working days.
- Standard delivery: Rs 250
- Free delivery: on all orders over Rs 7,999
- Cash on delivery: available nationwide
Exchanges & returns
If something isn’t quite right, you can exchange unused items in their original packaging within 7 days of delivery. Message us on WhatsApp or through the contact page with your order number and we will arrange a pickup.
Items on final sale, earrings and personalised pieces cannot be exchanged for hygiene and practical reasons, unless faulty.
Damaged or incorrect items
Please share a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we will replace the item or refund you in full, including delivery charges.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days to your bank account or as store credit — your choice.
